changing language in ActivityMessageData

How to set "anonymous comments must be approved" globally

How can I set it up globally so that comments from registered users post immediately, but comments from anonymous users go into moderation? The way I see it the blog author must do this on a post-by-post level?

Email gateway reply shows as a new thread

We are using CS 2008.5 with SP1 and email gateway. When replying to forum posts in private groups, reply messages show up as a new thread, not replies to the original thread. What could be the problem here?

How do you control who can create a blog entry in a group.

I've craeted a group, but only system admins can create entries. No one else see's the "Create new post" link inside the blog. Can someone point me to where I should be looking in the control panel to fix this? Thanks -
