All of our subscription packages include a choice of either a .uk or an international .com, .net or .org domain name.  Also included are installation and setup of your Graffiti CMS based site and 1 years managed hosting with upgrades to newer versions if available.

Our aims are simple: provide access to Graffiti CMS and Community Server to entities that have neither the budget nor the technical expertise to do it for themselves.  To provide affordable customisation of Graffiti CMS and Community Server.

Which plan is right for you?

Individual Subscriptions - The individual subscription are most suitable for personal, non commercial use. If the intended use is for an individual or a family then these suscriptions are the right choice.

Commercial Subscriptions - If the intended use of Graffiti is for a school, charity, other formally organised or commercial entity then you must sign up for the commercial license of Graffiti CMS.

Features are mostly the same between the two versions. Differences exist only with regard to page hits and storage space***.

Please note that as a managed service no upload access via FTP/Frontpage/Visual Studio is allowed. No access to code behind files or other component parts of Graffiti is provided. Only control via the built-in tools accessible via the Control Panel is provided.

In line with The Community Hosts' ethos regarding transparency we would like to point out that either version of Graffiti is available for download directly from the Telligent website (http://graffiticms.com). The personal edition is free for individuals and the commercial edition is priced at $399.

Anyone can download the software directly from Telligent and then upload the software to any ISP that supports .Net. What The Community Host is offering is the management of the installation and hosting of your Graffiti CMS based website and a full .uk domain name.

* Generally, if you exceed 2GB storage for your entire site including any media we will notify you by email requesting that you cease adding further content or reduce your existing content to make space.

** Most family based sites would not exceed 1000 page hits per month. If however traffic increases to your site and stays at an elevated level for more than a couple of days then we will email you and request that you either pay an additional charge to cover the cost of the increased bandwidth or that you agree to The Community Host throttling your bandwidth down.

***Professional Graffiti CMS managed hosting fair use policy extends the above proscribed limits to 5GB of storage and 100,000 page hits per month. Total. If either limit is exceeded we will email you to take action either by reducing content or by purchasing additional storage space and or bandwidth.

We need to ensure the experience of the majority and if after two attempts at contact we receive no reply we reserve the right to take whatever action we deem necessary to protect the integrity of The Community Host's service to the majority of our subscribers.
